YMCA of Greater Seattle Admin II, Regional Onboarding Point Person in Shoreline, Washington


Job Summary

We have a critical opportunity for the essential position of Regional Onboarding Point Person. This role supports the new hire onboarding and intake process for multiple branches in the Greater Seattle area.


  1. Complete assigned onboarding process and curriculum for all new hires at assigned branches.

  2. Reach out to new hires to schedule onboarding sessions, and ensure they are fully prepared to be onboarded.

  3. Follow up as needed with candidates, hiring managers, and human resources.

  4. Ensure onboarding happens in a timely and fully compliant way.

  5. Travel to assigned branches to conduct onboarding sessions.

Who are you?

If you're the right candidate for the job you thrive on challenging assignments, pride yourself on efficiently managing a high volume of work without quality suffering. Detail and accuracy are important to you. You are always stepping up to offer support at the first sign it's needed. You are comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel, and are eager to learn new tips and tricks to improve your skills, and have an interest in and aptitude for learning new programs. You're equally at home answering phone calls and emails as you are managing projects and data.


  1. High school education or equivalent. Two years or more of college in a related field preferred

  2. 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative support role

  3. Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  4. Intermediate knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  5. General tech-savviness - comfortable navigating systems and software, learning new systems.

  6. Preferred experience as a YMCA of Greater Seattle hiring manager.
