YMCA of Greater Seattle Membership Engagement Rep (Branch) in Seattle, Washington
We are looking for a customer service rock star to join our Y family. The shift will consist of one Saturday shift from 8am-5:30pm and then four weekday shifts starting from 9:30a-2:30p. The total hours per week for this shift will be 29.

Where you’ll work…
You’ll be based out of one of our 13 branches that offers programs ranging from health and wellness, to family programs, to child care, to aquatics (access is a staff benefit - swim a few laps before work, take a yoga class, do some laps on the track before you go home if you like!).

What you’ll be doing…
We have an awesome opportunity for the critical position of Member Engagement Representative. In this role, you will provide our members exceptional customer service, developing strong and supportive relationships that provide motivation and guidance focused on the specific needs of each member. You will play an important role in connecting members with programs and activities that will help them achieve their goals. You will also assist people in the membership and program enrollment process.
Who are you?
If you're the right candidate for the job, you love working with people. You can make people feel welcomeand are curious about who they are and what they want to accomplish. You are as comfortable getting to know people as you are navigating online systems.You are able to learn new software systems, are detail oriented, and are able to shift gears from data entry to engaging with a member face to face. You step up and offer support at the first sign it's needed
You should have:
Six months or more of relevant work experience (sales, retail, reception, customer service, etc.).
Strong customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email and in person.
Basic computer skills.
