YMCA of Greater Seattle Office Assistant, Resident Camp in Eastsound, Washington
Provides clerical support to the resident camp office and summer leadership staff.
Provides front desk phone support.
Performs various office duties, including filing, photocopying and data entry input.
Interacts with a wide variety of visitors, campers, parents and staff while delivering excellent customer service.
Acts as an office contact for any camp emergencies.
Manages the camp mail system including pick up, sort and deliver of all incoming email, mail and packages.
Manage the lost and found and laundry areas.
Call parents to confirm camper’s transportation departure plans.
Participate in changeover day activities to ensure a smooth transition.
Other duties as assigned.
19 years of age or older
Must live onsite at designated camp.
Previous costumer service or office related experience.
Working knowledge of office equipment and computers, including Microsoft Office
Experience with multi-line phone and two-way radio systems
Current state approved First aid and CPR certifications.
Minimum High School graduate, One or more years of college preferred.
Current Driver’s License and a driving record which meets or exceeds YMCA standards
- Maximum one minor violation, no speeding violation of more than 20mph over the limit
